Vista Update Problems, and Service Pack 1
Earlier this week Microsoft withdrew an update for Vista that was supposed to prepare computers for Service Pack 1, expected in two weeks. The update caused many complaints around the Web.

Samsung Laptop Catches Fire
A battery in a Samsung P10 notebook computer apparently caught fire Sunday in Seoul, South Korea, company officials said. The machine had been in use for about three and a half hours while resting on a pillow. The bed and floor were burned, but there was no large fire.
